Sentinel Receives (ISO) 9001:2015 Certification

Sentinel Offender Services LLC, one of the nation’s leading providers of electronic monitoring services and technologies, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its  International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit from American Systems Registrar of Wyoming, Michigan for the provision of Electronic Monitoring Services and Software Design and Development.

After going through a rigorous audit to confirm that Sentinel’s quality management systems meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Sentinel was certified with no audit findings. “Our team continues to work very hard to ensure that Sentinel meets the high standards necessary to receive this certification,” said Johana Garcia, Director of Quality Assurance for Sentinel, “and we are gratified that the commitment to our quality management system has been confirmed once again. This endorsement is a clear indication that Sentinel is committed to providing world-class customer service and products to our customers.”

The goal of the ISO Surveillance Audit was to confirm Sentinel’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements. Moreover, receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification reconfirms the company’s ability to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability through the effective application of its quality management system.
